Our Story

Bringing the slow pace of Parisian mornings to Prior Lake

We founded LoadTest Cold Brew 9 with a simple, quiet dream: to create a space where time bends, even if just for the length of an espresso. Inspired by the classic corner bistros of Paris, we brought a refined focus on craft and community to our Minnesota neighborhood.

Our secret is patience. We source single-origin beans from ethical local roasters and steep our signature cold brew for a full eighteen hours. Paired with pastries laminated by hand every morning, it is a daily ritual built on care, butter, and exceptional coffee.
